*Cancellation / No-Show Policy*

Please provide at least 24-hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows me to accommodate another customer currently on our waiting list or allow for walk-in appointments. 

No refunds for less than 24-hour notice. A "NO CALL/NO SHOW" will be charged the other 50% of booked/remaining balance of your appointment(s). 

As a courtesy we send out multiple text/e-mail reminders in advance in order to avoid missed appointments/cancellation fees.
